- Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error are eligible for return or replacement.
- Due to the nature of peptides, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a product is defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (except for defects).
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.

- We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations, subject to applicable laws and restrictions.
