Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error are eligible for return or replacement.
  • Due to the nature of peptides, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective.

How to Return a Product

  • Contact us at support@riptidelife.com to initiate a return.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a product is defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (except for defects).
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations, subject to applicable laws and restrictions.
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to their nature or destination regulations. We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped.

Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or strikes).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method.
  • Free or discounted shipping may be offered for qualifying orders, as indicated during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • For damaged items, please provide photos of the product and packaging to assist with claims.

Storage Requirements

  • Peptides may require specific storage conditions (e.g., refrigeration). You are responsible for storing products properly upon receipt to maintain their quality.
